The building process
At Hodge Town and Country Builders, we are committed to high-quality workmanship. We guarantee that we will work closely with you at every stage of the project and we will assist you in your decision making process.
1. Engagement
- House Plans.
- Quotation and pricing.
- Acceptance of quote.
2. In person planning meeting
- Project planning with Nathan including the outline and selection of over 60 standard building inclusions.
- Timeframes and construction schedule.
3. Design concepts
You are meeting with suppliers (floors, appliances, lighting etc) and the design team to make selections. Now it’s starting to get exciting!
4. Finalise concepts and schedules
- Finalise and sign all contract documents.
- Sign off on the ‘selection schedule’.
- Finance approval (if required).
5. All Engines are GO!
- Building approval from Council.
- Construction commences.
- Quality Assurance Checklist and Best Practice Benchmarking.
